Upon receipt of your registration, your place(s) will be confirmed. If you are unable to attend the event, please notify our event secretariat, MCI, by email before 30 September 2012 (HK Time) for a full refund. Contact details are provided below. Please note, all related refund charges will be deducted from the refund amount paid back to you. Cancellations after 30 September 2012 (HK Time) will result in loss of full payment.

substitution policy

Should you wish to substitute your place, instructions must be sent in writing to MCI before 30 September 2012.

accommodation booking

• Cancellation and amendment made on or before 11 September 2012 (HK Time) – No charge
• Cancellation and amendment made after 11 September 2012 (HK Time) – 100% cancellation charge will be applied
• No show – 100% reservation charge will be applied
