event registration

Upon receipt of your registration fee, your place(s) will be confirmed and you will receive the confirmation note. Confirmation note with registration number will be sent from our system to theemail address entered on the booking form. You can print the confirmation note and present at the registration desk to collect your entry pass.

accommodation booking

The hotel reservation confirmation will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form.You must submit valid credit card details to guarantee your reservation(s) and authorise our event secretariat, MCI, to pass on credit card details to the hotel accordingly. No payment is required upon reservation (followed by cancellation policy). You can print the hotel confirmation note and present at the hotel reception to check-in. All payment should be settled upon departure.
