We are very concerned about protection of the privacy of our users. Any personal data collected will be solely used for registrations and accommodation arrangement. ALL data collected shall not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, licensed, sold or redistributed. User testimonials or comments will not be used without written consent.

In order to process your registration, you will only be redirected to third party online payment gateway (i.e. PayPal or UnionPay). Your credit card information will only be captured for the payment process on the third party online payment gateway. Please note all collected information will be purged after event is completed or payment process is completed.

To protect your personal data, we currently use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt personal information during transit.
