All payment must be received prior to the event.
Upon receipt of your registration, your place(s) will be confirmed. If you are unable to attend the event, please notify our event secretariat, MCI, by email before 30 September 2012 (HK Time) for a full refund. Contact details are provided below. Please note, all related refund charges will be deducted from the refund amount paid back to you. Cancellations after 30 September 2012 (HK Time) will result in loss of full payment.
Should you wish to substitute your place, instructions must be sent in writing to MCI - Hong Kong before 30 September 2012.
Any employee of a company listed on the ICA or CICCA default list, or the ICA Advisory Notice List, will not be allowed to attend this event. If an employee from a company on these lists registers for the event, the registration will be cancelled and a refund of the ticket price will be made, minus an administration fee of USD $50 plus any banking charges incurred. Any other expenses (such as flights, accommodation, etc..) are the responsibility of the individual and no compensation will be provided by the ICA.

You must submit a valid email address on the reservation form. The hotel reservation confirmation will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking.
You must submit valid credit card details to guarantee your reservation(s) and authorise our event secretariat, MCI, to pass on credit card details to the hotel accordingly. No payment is required upon reservation (followed by cancellation policy). All payment should be settled upon departure.
